Splitting cargo van or small truck, Reno BRC, Build-Week to Exodus

Hello!

I’m looking to split the cost of a rental van/truck from Reno to BRC and/or back. Arriving on build Monday 08/24 and planning an unhurried exodus Monday/Tuesday. This works best if you need a round trip with bulky stuff for build week, but the split could be uneven, let’s chat!

I’m renting a cargo van or a small 10′ box truck (U-haul or similar) to transport some shade materials, a bicycle and other camp gear. There should be plenty of space for you and any gear/luggage. We can agree on a pickup spot in Reno and make a couple of drop-off stops in BRC wherever you are camping. I’m happy to help you load/unload. The truck will be parked the rest of the time.

It would be great if you have a vehicle pass, but I can get one if not. Open to splitting the cost either way.

I’m a friendly and experienced burner. I’ve driven to BRC multiple times so I’m happy to help solve your burn puzzle if you’re also figuring out other things.

Stuff:
– you should have your own ticket and a Setup Access Pass (SAP), this is an early build arrival.
– total cost of the rental should be around $1400-$2000 depending on the vehicle, split based on our conversation, looking at options now.
– no pets and no smoking in the truck, but happy to make rest stops.
– I’m not interested in making money out of this, just trying to split the cost of a shared need.
