Are you ready to create something beautiful in the desert?

Playa Agora is returning for our fourth year. Our small group of around 25 kind and creative people includes veterans with over 20 years of experience in the dust. You will be joining a seasoned team that knows exactly how to thrive.

Why Camp With Us?
We value deep connection, so we host workshops designed to help people bond. Many of our campmates also choose to give their time to support the wider city during the week. We encourage everyone in our crew to do the same. Black Rock City thrives when we all pitch in together.

What We Offer (Our Shared Comforts)
We pool our resources to fund and build a comfortable home base. Camp fees are $550 per person. We use these resources to supply a complete setup for you.

As a member, you gain immediate access to:

Water and Waste: 20 gallons of fresh water, 2 gallons of graywater disposal, and full camp trash disposal.

Kitchen and Power: A communal kitchen and shared electricity for your essential needs.

Comforts: Large shade structures and a simple camp shower.

Early Access: We have a limited number of Early Entry Passes (Setup Access Passes) available. These are first-come, first-served for the first people who join our crew.

What We Share (The Effort)
In return, we share the work. Our camp is a special match for a dedicated few who love a challenge. The desert tests us, so we look for individuals who excel at taking care of themselves.

The perfect camper for us is someone who is willing to work hard and someone who truly connects with our workshops.

We expect everyone to help with:

Camp Build: If possible, eagerly helping with setup and take down.

Camp Shifts: Completing three short, two-hour shifts during the week.

Participation: Supporting or leading our interactive workshops (camp shifts).

Principles: Living the 10 Principles every single day.
