Burning Man gear crowdsourced transport from Berkeley to Black Rock City! The 26′ U-Haul truck gives us massive 2x the capacity of a 15′ truck at half the cost-to-volume ratio. We are planning a route across Berkeley ➔ BRC (~750 miles).

⏱️ How It Works & Timeline
Register & Submit Volume: Please fill out your details and estimated volume early. (Tip: Please use AI or err on the upper side when estimating your gear volume).
Decision & Notification: We will review submissions and make a final call on Tuesday, August 25th at 8:00 AM, or as soon as we have enough interest (~20–25 people). Please submit ASAP!
🗺️ Journey Schedule & Route Stops
Leaving Berkeley: Saturday, August 29th at 8:00 AM (exact North Berkeley drop-off/loading location sent after payment). Please list your preferred pickup location in the form, just in case.
BRC Arrival: ~9:00 PM or later (depending on gate lines; we will share live tracking locations).
BRC Pick-up Location: 2:30 & Esplanade (at the red huge dance shade, Treble Makers).
Leaving BRC (Return Trip): Monday, September 7th at 8:00 AM
