First-Time Burner Seeking a Welcoming Camp — Arriving Tuesday from SF

Hi Burners! My name is Gustavo. I’m originally from Venezuela, live in Montreal, and unexpectedly got the opportunity to attend my first Burn!
I already have my Burning Man ticket and Burner Express transportation from San Francisco. I’ll arrive in Black Rock City on Tuesday, September 1, and leave Monday, September 7.

I’m looking for a friendly, inclusive camp that may still have room for one additional person. I’m especially drawn to camps focused on community, yoga, movement, wellness, music, creativity or genuine human connection—but I’m open to different experiences.

A little about me: I’m 40, friendly, responsible, LGBTQ+, multilingual (English, French and Spanish), physically active and easy to get along with. I enjoy yoga, fitness, travel, dancing and meeting people from different backgrounds.
I understand that joining a camp means contributing—not simply receiving amenities. I’m happy to help with camp shifts, meal preparation, cleaning, events and other responsibilities. I’m also willing to pay reasonable camp dues. Because I’m joining at the last minute and arriving Tuesday, I want to be transparent that I won’t be available for the initial build, but I can contribute during the week and help with cleanup before leaving.
