Artist/ Sculptor / Welder Looking for Project to Work With

Hi! My name is Ali — I’m an NYC-based artist, sculptor, and certified welder currently looking to join an art fabrication team, ideally in a volunteer or work-exchange capacity.

I have experience working on large-scale outdoor installations, with a background that includes being a certified welder, CAD, and architectural / engineering design. I’m decent with tech / lighting as well. I am especially interested in collaborative builds — I’d love to contribute to a team, learn how things come together on the playa, and support a project from fabrication through install.

I’ve also worked on immersive environments, including Otherworld Philadelphia, where I helped fabricate a significant number of sculptural elements and contributed to large-scale experiential builds.

Long-term, I’m interested in submitting my own project, but I’d really value getting hands-on experience with a team first.
