At Nobo House, we believe in the power of self-care, community, and co-creation. Our diverse, international camp includes members from over 10 countries and brings together people of all backgrounds (ages 21-75+, even younger campers in past years!) to create a unique experience blending wellness, play, and transformation.

~Organization Structure~
The camp is led by a camp lead, 4 co-organizers, and 10-12 team leads, each with 2-3 co-leads. We hold monthly camp calls and maintain an active alumni community. We prioritize communication, preparation, and coordination to ensure the right people are in the right positions, with training and support for newcomers. Our goal is to be in the top 1% of camps in organizational ability.
