Invoke The Fiery

We are creating Invoke the Fiery for this 2024 Burn !

We are looking for help and collaborators, both in-person for fabrication and also lots of remote opportunities from help with engineering and 3D model to help with transport and material research to any creative image or text you’re willing to do.

We need you and you can help us on so many ways !

We are also searching to complete our budget that is already more than half way there (and still working on it : to lower the budget and get the money we are still missing !!) ! So financial support will be very helpful.

Or any donation (like sound system, power system, shade structure or LED lights we need for the project).

We will be building the piece at Boxshop in San Francisco !!
We began the build on 1st July !!!! We could meet before !!

A brief description of the piece :
“A ritual 15-foot metal portal adorned with spiderweb patterns awaits. Enhanced by a lotus lace patterns’ circle, it guides participants on a transformative journey. At its heart, a suspended bell resonates with each passage under the arch. Illuminated by red light at night, it draws inspiration from Hindu Kali mythology. Participants get to shed their burdens and embrace renewal. Along the path, several metal bowls beckon. Participants can inscribe their burdens on stones before passing under the arch, accompanied by ritual sounds. A fire ritual, burning offerings on sheets, enriches the experience. Through these symbolic acts and immersive engagement, Invoke The Fiery becomes an invocation to change, urging passage and burden’s liberation.”
