certified breathwork facilitator here who’s solo camping and haven’t figured out the logistics of hosting an in-person breathwork session, so created a digital one if anyone wants to use it! it’s a 17 minute guided practice that you can listen to or download (I know there’s bad/little cell service on the playa, that’s why I’m posting it now!)
