6 Crates of Art Need Ride to Burning Man (NYC → Playa)

Hi all — I’m reaching out on behalf of a Burning Man art project based out of POC Camp, and this is our first year installing art on the Playa.
I’m the logistics coordinator for our team, and we’re looking for an opportunity to connect with someone already driving a truck, bus, trailer, or semi from the East Coast (ideally NYC-area) to Black Rock City this year.
We have six forklift-accessible crates (4’x4’x8’, ~500 lbs each) that contain our installation. We are exploring options for transport directly from Brooklyn College to the Playa, and we’re hoping to find a Burner-friendly collaboration rather than a full commercial freight solution if possible.
If you (or someone you know) are already heading to Burning Man with vehicle capacity and are open to sharing space, we’d love to coordinate and help offset fuel/logistics costs. We also have a ticket available for the right collaborator.
This is a meaningful first install for our team, and we’re trying to keep it within the spirit of mutual aid and Burner logistics culture while making sure the piece gets to and from the desert safely.
