I have been making and selling top shelf, pickled &amp fermented veggies into the Farmers Markets in the San Francisco Bay Area for 4 Yrs now! Many are of the opinion including Chefs and customers that much of we make are the standard by which all others should be measured!. I know of no parallel in flavor or texture to our World Famus Bread n Butter , our sweet n hot Hillbilly BnB, our Chow Chow a classic sweet n hit relish made of cabbage, carrots and onions, quail eggs, Dadgum Good Pickled ,ect.
