I am seeking a ride to the playa on the 22nd of August!

Hey all,

38 year old crusty veteran 7 year burner seeks help: I’m arriving to Reno airport around 10:30am on the 22nd with two suitcases and a backpack, and I’m hoping I can get a lift in to the playa (Camp is at 6:30 and E) because all the folk I’d usually roll in with are arriving at different times this year!

I’m coming from Australia so I’ll have to stop by some store in Reno before heading out just to get all the bits and bobs that wouldn’t easily fit in an airplane (but my camp has water and food for me so I don’t need to bring gallons), but I’ve done this before so that shouldn’t take more than an hour.

My ticket is at will call, and I have an early access pass. I promise gas money, biltong (the best jerky you’ve never tasted), and stories galore– and if we stop to get Indian Tacos at Oasis 29, it’s my treat!

Also, I guess I should probably say a little about me so that you have an idea if we’d get along: I’m a liberal democratic socialist who’s lived in australia for the last 15 years who believes in consent, conservation, feminism, and is pretty solidly anti-trump and pro-vaccine. Hoping that you’re of a similar belief system.
