Seeking Bamboo Workers and Fire Leads for PādaP’goda

Description

PādaP’goda is 20’x20’ double-layered kinetic pagoda which explores the dynamics of social interaction, interdependence, and expressions of AAPI heritage outside of Asia. We currently a small team, but we’re looking for volunteers to bring this art piece to life! The art team is open and welcome to all inquiring minds who wish to learn and contribute, but also has specific interests in the following:
-Bamboo and Woodworking: we need to build a 2-level deck and are looking for people who can come to our build days in the Bay Area or help out on Playa
-Fire lead: Someone who has experience with Open Fire and lead our burn

Build Details
-Build Site: Currently, we are working out of the Mission District in SF
-Build Times: Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30pm and Sundays from 1:00-6:30pm, but this may change
